  Birney #60 at 2nd & Main, looking North. SN Depot in the background. Union Oil gas station to the right. Old Hwy 32 West to Hamilton City is to the left.  
  Birneys #60 & #66 in front of the Mulberry Shops.  
  #60 crossing the Lindo Channel heading back into Chico from the airport. Old Hwy 99E bridge is in the background.  
  #60 later in the day at the same location but from the Hwy side. Destination board says Mulberry St.

  #60 heading south on the Esplanade. The trees are still there - only much larger. The Esplanade is truly unique, with through traffic down the center and local traffic to the sides separated by a tree lined divider. The SN ran on the east side between the two.  
  #60 turns onto Main from the Esplanade and passes Northern Star Mills. Note the boxcars hiding under the shade of the big Black Walnut tree. NS building still exists. Chico State College and Bidwell Mansion is to the left.
