Small gauge stranded wires connect from the wipers attached to the Delrin trucks through holes in the flatcar
bed to a small 2-pin connector, allowing the trucks to freely swivel, limited only by when the wiper
hits the coupler draft box. The peel & stick rotary pad is replaceable when is wears down.
