Comment:

As soon as the casting resin is no longer gooey, you apply the foam resin backing. As soon as it is no longer sticky to the touch, you quickly peel the casting from the mold. You have a short time to apply the castings until they get too stiff to form to shap and form to contours. You can soften a hard casting by warming in a 210degF oven for awhile on piece of foil, but that's a lot of trouble.
