This method of 1/4" cookie-cutter subroadbed and cardboard support strips for foam resin scenery was fastest, easiest, and looked the best of all the methods. It's how I would do all my HOn3 scenery here on out. For HO, I'd use spline strip subroadbed, with foambaord for yards and flat city areas.
