The lower level of the valance fascia is at 66 inches - about 4" too low I have learned. I bang my head on it all the time. (NTS - set the valance at 72 " next time, with the bottom of the fascia 2" below that. Two-level layout next time?  Go with 56" and 78" for track height.)
